Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative residence inn by marriott charlotte lake norman non-exclusivity grand provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available residence through any club channel ii it lake and tahoe chooses. our marriott agreement grand and residence contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect club and ii discount on the crs lake booking tahoe and marriott fee agree in return grand and residence to make available on any fare they publish club and ii and make lake available to the general public through tahoe any other channel. but that of course does not preclude marriott and grand them from residence offering any fare through any other channel.
